By using the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. ELECTRA HOTELS AND RESORTS has the right at any time to change the Terms and Conditions under which the content of the website is offered. We may renew these Terms of Use at any time by modifying this page. You should check this page regularly to see any changes that may have been made, as long as they are binding on you. Payment Methods / Transaction Security

Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (Decision No. 280/3 / 23-7-2018 GG B 3010 / 25-7-2018), and manages securely card payment transactions, in accordance with the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Use of Facilities, Premises and Equipment

This use of ELECTRA HOTELS AND RESORTS’ property, facilities, staff, equipment, and/or services carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. In consideration of using the property, facilities, staff, equipment and services (e.g. use of gym, spa, sport facilities, swimming pools etc) of ELECTRA HOTELS AND RESORTS , you , for yourself, your heirs, personal representatives or assigns, do hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue ELECTRA HOTELS AND RESORTS , its directors, officers, employees, and agents from liability from any and all claims including the negligence of resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, participation in activities and/or use of facilities, premises, or equipment. You understand and agree that these and other risks are inherent in the activities and facilities offered to you by ELECTRA HOTELS AND RESORTS and you acknowingly assume all such risks.

You also also agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD ELLECTRA HOTELS AND RESORTS HARMLESS from any and all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees brought as a result of your use of any facilities and/or premises and to reimburse us for any such expenses incurred.
