A key component of our premium services is ensuring the quality and safety of the food products we offer to our guests, by taking measures at all stages of preparation and throughout our supply chain.

To be best-in-class and deliver consistent, high-quality products while ensuring profitability in a highly competitive environment, we have established, implemented, and maintained an up-to-date food safety policy based on the following principles:

  • Comply with the principles of the Food Safety Management System, developed in accordance with the ISO 22000:2018 standard.
  • Follow procedures and strive for continuous improvement in both our services and the internal processes of the company.
  • Provide regular training on food safety and hygiene to employees, ensuring they are kept updated.
  • Regularly verify the Food Safety Management System.
  • Monitor all critical control points and prerequisites for food safety during food handling.
  • Ensure resources are available for maintaining and updating the Food Safety Management System, purchasing new equipment, improving facilities and infrastructure, and creating a positive working environment.
  • Maintain open communication with suppliers, customers, authorities, and other external partners.
  • Monitor and implement all relevant legislative requirements.
  • Protect the environment and continuously reduce our environmental footprint.

These principles are achieved through:

  • Measuring relevant indicators and setting ambitious targets for food safety.
  • Taking corrective actions when necessary and treating complaints, failures, non-conformities, and weaknesses as opportunities for improvement.
  • Holding regular meetings to facilitate the exchange of information and experiences.
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the Food Safety Management System and ensuring the necessary resources are provided to maintain and update it.
  • Fostering and continuously reinforcing a corporate food safety culture among our employees.

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement, our Group identifies threats and opportunities, evaluates them, and sets targets to minimize risks and capitalize on opportunities. Additionally, we assess internal and external factors, as well as stakeholder interests, to clearly define the framework for the company’s operations.

Through these efforts, we ensure our goals are achieved and take pride in working as a team to advance the success of our hotels.
